DDK (Disco Demolition Knights) is a trio featuring BG (Brian Graham, formerly of Live Oak) on Guitar/vox, Brooks DuBose on drums (Ten Mile Tide, Gaslight Street) and David Sanders (Spoonful). The band’s sound is steeped in Southern Rock & Blues (Allman Brothers, North Mississippi All Stars) as well as darker and harder hitting rock (Black Sabbath, Clutch) flavored with hints of jazz, funk, soul & raggae.
The band has recently released their first EP. A modest collection of songs featuring subtle slide guitar and fast paced riffage that pays tribute to some of the best trios like Cream, Gov’t Mule, ZZ Top and the Police.
